Waiver for Recent Work Experience

To be eligible for a waiver of the threshold requirement for recent work experience under the skilled migration program you must have;

completed a degree, diploma or trade qualification (not in English language proficiency);
the qualification(s) must be awarded by an Australian educational institution as a result of at least 2 years full-time study in Australia;
all instruction must have been in English; and
the qualification must be relevant to the nominated occupation;
the course must be a CRICOS registered course;
you must lodge your application within 6 months of completing your qualification
